Doncaster Business Harding Valeting Reaches Six UK Small Business Awards Finals from Six Entries

Harding Valeting has been named a finalist in all six categories entered at the 2026 UK Small Business Awards, marking a major milestone for the growing Doncaster business.

Based in Kirk Sandall and owned by Kyle Harding, Harding Valeting provides mobile vehicle valeting across Doncaster and South Yorkshire.

Each of the six official finalist certificates recognises Harding Valeting as a business representing Doncaster.

According to The UK Small Business Awards, finalists have been selected from thousands of small businesses across the country and have progressed to the final round, where they will compete for a place in the National Top 50.

For Kyle, achieving six finalist places from six entries is particularly significant following the continued growth of the business.

Getting one finalist place would have been something I was incredibly proud of, so to find out that Harding Valeting had made the final in every single category I entered was quite difficult to take in at first,” Kyle said.

I’ve put a huge amount into building the business, so having different parts of it recognised — from customer service and branding through to the mobile service and the business as a whole — means a lot.

The fact that every certificate also says we’re representing Doncaster makes it even more special.

Harding Valeting has continued to develop since launching, growing its private customer base while also expanding into commercial vehicle work.

The business now works across a broad range of vehicles, from private cars through to vans and larger commercial vehicles.

Kyle said the growth has come from maintaining the same approach and standards regardless of the type of vehicle being worked on.

For me, it has always been about doing things properly,” he said.

I want people to know what standard they’re going to receive when Harding Valeting turns up. Whether I’m working on somebody’s personal car or a commercial vehicle that represents another business, I want the finished result to reflect the standards I’ve tried to build the business around.

The six finalist places come as Harding Valeting continues to develop both its domestic and commercial services throughout Doncaster and South Yorkshire.

Kyle added:

I’m still building the business and there’s plenty more I want to achieve, but six finals from six entries is definitely one of those moments where you stop for a second and realise how far things have come.

I’m very proud that a business I’ve built here in Doncaster is now being recognised nationally.
